Are you curious what Team Canada alumni are doing now that their on-ice days have come to an end?
Hockeycanada.ca tracks them down and finds out – where are they now?

TEAM CANADA CAREER
Played for Canada’s National Women’s Team at the 1992 and 1994 IIHF World Women’s Championships, winning gold
medals at both tournaments.
WHAT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR TEAM CANADA EXPERIENCE?
The whole experience was really a dream come true for me, but I would have to say the highlight was
the gold medal game at the 1992 world championship in Finland, beating the U.S. 8-0. It was fun to play on a
line with Angela James and Margot Page, and it was especially touching to hear the Canadian anthem and to see
the Canadian flag raised after winning gold!
WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW?
After 10 years as a Computer Science lecturer at the University of Toronto, I ‘retired’ in 2009 to be a
stay-at-home mom! I maintain a web site for women’s hockey at www.whockey.com, but unfortunately I just don’t have enough time to keep it
up-to-date.
